How do I return my items?

Your purchase is protected for one year from date of purchase. Items must be returned in "new" or "like new" condition with proof of purchase and all original packaging, tags, loose parts, and owner's manuals. Bike Nashbar reserves the right to determine if an exchange, a full refund, or a partial refund applies. Manufacturing defects will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, including Bike Nashbar-designed products. Please include a note with the order number and name and billing address of the original purchaser and if you want a refund or exchange.

All returns made through online marketplaces (Amazon, Ebay etc) must be initiated throught their respective returns department.

If we made an error, we will pay for return shipping (via ground carriers only).

If you are returning an item and want a different color or size, we will pay for shipping of the replacement item(s) to you.

If you are returning an item and want a different color or size, and order additional merchandise, you are responsible for the shipping cost.

If you are returning an item and requesting different merchandise, you are responsible for the shipping cost.

We are NOT responsible for packing or boxes.
